Our commitment
Quill Academy is committed to providing a safe, respectful environment for every pupil. Concerns about a child’s welfare are taken seriously and handled by people who need access to the information.
Raising a concern
Parents, carers, school partners and staff should contact Quill Academy promptly if they have a safeguarding concern. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency or statutory service.
Information sharing
Relevant information may be shared without consent where this is reasonably necessary to protect a child or another person, comply with the law or respond to a safeguarding concern.
School partnerships
Before delivery begins, Quill Academy agrees safeguarding procedures, reporting routes, venue requirements, parent communication and review arrangements with the school.
